安装office vol时出现Error Code: 0 – 2048

有些用户安装office VOL版，执行命令 setup /download configuration.xml 正常，并且也下载完毕了，但在执行命令 setup /configure configuration.xml 后，出现了以下提示：

Couldn’t install
We couldn’t find the specified configuration file. Check the file path and file name.
Go online for additional help.
Error Code: 0 – 2048 (0)

出现这个提示需要以管理员身份执行 setup /configure configuration.xml 命令。

下面是步骤：

1. 在系统底部任务栏搜索框搜索 cmd ，然后点击 以管理员身份运行

2. 使用cd命令进入到你的 setup.exe 和 configuration.xml 和下载好的 office目录 所在的目录，可以右键 setup.exe 看属性，复制 位置 后面的那部分内容：

例如我电脑上的这些文件在 C:\Users\ximu\Desktop\office 里面，输入下面命令后回车：

cd C:\Users\ximu\Desktop\office

3. 然后再执行安装命令

setup /configure configuration.xml
